After premiering his No Cool Points For Dying project with us a little over a month ago, Suburban District's own Octavion Xcellence is back with a new EP for the masses. For the first leak from the Panties & Zannies EP, Octavion gets with producer EJ Bollman for a nice little banger called "Zombie Potion" that features a different sound from the Richmond, VA's catalog.
