I didn't believe it when I first saw the (unofficial) artwork revealed a few days ago, but it looks like this actually may be happening.
After months and months of unnecessary delays, Jay Electronica is finally sticking to his word with the highly anticipated release of his Act II: The Patents Of Nobility  project.  And what better way to start off with the first leak being something off of a Just Blaze beat?  Act II  coming soon.
