In honor of the release of the 2011 Air Jordan XI 'Concords', the Penguins decided to drop a new crewneck to coincide with the release. Introducing, the "#FADEDLIKEMJ" crewnecks from F.A.D.E.D. The design was (obviously) inspired by the signature fade-away shot from Michael Jordan back in his Bull days.
