If you’re interested in submitting content to RespectThisFresh.com, please forward all material to RespectThisFresh@gmail.com. In order to receive consideration for site placement on RTF, please follow our simple submission guidelines:
Music
· Make sure “Submission” is somewhere in the subject line.
· Please make sure you're submitting NEW content. We provide our readers with up to date content, make sure what you’re sending is within 30 days of its premiere. Otherwise, wait until your next drop.
· Include a short description of what you’re submitting to us. Perhaps things that you want highlighted in the post. No need for an autobiography.
· Keep emails short.
· Attach .mp3 files and artwork/promo pic to the email, along with download link from alternative hosting site (Hulkshare, Mediafire)
· If submitting a mixtape or digital album, please include a link to where it can be streamed from (Bandcamp, Soundcloud,etc.). Also provide a tracklist to the project.
· Include Twitter/Facebook info along with your city.
Clothing
· Include name of collection/season in subject line (i.e.: RTF ‘Live Ethical’ Fall 2012 Collection)
· Provide description of collection such as motives, aspirations or inspirations, including release date.
· Provide a paragraph bio about your fashion line.
· Attach a .zip file containing photos of your collection/lookbook. A link to an alternate site that provides all photos will be accepted.
· Include Twitter/Facebook info of brand along with a link to the shop.
Current Events
· Include location of event, happening, news, etc.
· Give a description of the event, (who, what, when, why).
· Include a reason why it’s important to be noticed
· Provide link to learn more info.
· Include photo(s) to go along with press release.
Please recognize the fact that we receive emails on an hourly basis, however we do check through ALL of them. If you sent an email but it didn’t follow our submission guidelines, chances are that it won’t be featured on RTF. If you’re content happens not to get posted, there’s a possibility that we just didn’t find it useful on RTF at the time. By no means are we putting you down; we truly encourage progress and bettering your work to have a chance at being posted on our site.
