2011 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS PERFORMANCES (BEYONCE, RIHANNA, CEE-LO, BRITNEY SPEARS & MORE)

I didn't get a chance to view the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, but I heardthat it was pretty solid because of some of the performances from the show.  Yardie was able to rip a few of the performances for you all, just in case you missed them (like me).
