After putting out a solid ass EP a few weeks back entitled A Breath Of Fresh Air, the homie Chavis Chandler drops off a new track for them up & down relations.  I must say myself, this dude is probably one of my favorite spitters out of the Detroit area right now.  He's got that flow that could easily make it.
