*UPDATE* Almost a week has passed since we last talked about Vicus, the 17 year old singing phenom from South Africa. Today we are able to tell you from the help of our RTF sources, that the talent agents from Sony BMG, Universal, Atlantic, and Def Jam Records have yet to find the kid who is "said" to be as good as Justin Beiber and is being compared to the late Michael Jackson. It is said to be a combination of the families strong religious background that is keeping Vicus from inking any deal; being that the family realizes the U.S's fascination with celebrities, and they do not wont their son to get lost in the so- called "spotlight".
*RTF Exclusive*- It is said that young Vicus only sings and plays the guitar one day of the week as he gears most of his time/energy to his schooling.
So the word on the street is that Sony BMG, Universal, Atlantic, and Def Jam Records all have their talent agents searching for this little boy named Vicus in South Africa......
He is said to be the next Justin Beiber/Michael Jackson; and through RTF sources I can let you know that a little over $100,000 signing contract has been offered to Vicus and his parents. RTF will be the first to drop the news of an actual inking deal in the next couple days.
