DR. DRE TALKS ABOUT THE DELAY ON 'DETOX'

At the recent ASCAP Awards, Dr. Dre walked the carpet and was stopped by AllHipHop.com to talk about the delay on the Detox album.  He blames it on explains that he's been working on other projects with other big names to stick to his production title first.
