TRAVIE MCCOY's NEW MIXTAPE: FORGETTING KATY PERRY?

Proceeding Travie's release of his debut solo album Lazarus in June, he will be releasing a new mixtape.  The mixtape will be pieced together by DJ Clinton Sparks and its intention is to clown himself by naming it after his former girlfriend, Ms. Katy Perry.  
Those who don't know, Katy and Travis both dated each other up until 2008 and Katy ended up with actor Russell Brand. That same year, Brand was featured in the hit movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall. So in commemoration of that movie and Perry's new boyfriend, Travie will be entitling the mixtape, Forgetting Katy Perry.
“The title is funny for the simple fact that that’s my life in a nutshell. I can watch [the movie] and be like, ‘That dude is me,’” he jokes. “There are a couple of songs on the mixtape that didn’t make the album and there are a lot of features.”
