EMINEM NAMED THE 'ARTIST OF THE DECADE'

Most of us can recognize the fact that Eminem is one of the best artists to come in the last 15 years.  It's amazing the way he came into the game and made music that sold no matter how much controversy he was involved in...or how much controversy it started. That gives him the reason to be considered the artist of the decade.
It was made official that Eminem is indeed the Artist of the Decade according to Soundscan.  After a successful drop of his Relapse album which hit platinum before the end of last year, it was set in stone that Em has been shutting things down.  This was after albums such as the Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show received diamond status, Encore selling over 7 million records in '04 and Curtain Call nearly hitting double platinum in '05.
If you take all of that information above in along with the fact that he has sold about 32 million records domestically and over 80 million worldwide....sheesh!
