CIARA ADDRESSES RUMORS OF DISS ON KERI HILSON

Many people heard Ciara's single called Basic Instinct which is the title of her fourth solo album.  After putting out the song and shooting a video, people were skeptical of believing that she was throwing shots at rival artist Keri Hilson.

The reasoning behind this theory is because of Keri's Turnin' Me On hit where it was said that Keri was throwing disses at artists like Beyonce, Ciara, etc.
