Kanye West gave an EPIC performance at Coachella 2011. "Power," "Jesus Walks," "Diamonds Are Forever," "Hell of A Life," "Monster," "Flashing Lights [!!!!!]," "Love Lockdown," "Homecoming," "Through the Wire," "Touch the Sky," "Gold Digger," "All of the Lights," "Stronger," "Mama," and the list of hits he performed goes on.
Youtube streamed the performance live last night, and I was hype watching it on my thirteen inch macbook; I could feel the energy that this man had on the stage BY HIMSELF at 1:30am EST last night. Very few people can be on a huge stage alone and spread so much energy to EVERYONE watching. I could go on all day about how great/epic/outstanding (I don't really have words to explain it actually) this was. I don't know of any performance so far this year that can top this one; and it'll be tough for future performances to be able to top it, in my opinion. It was a true experience––it was an artistic experience, which as Kanye West has said in the past, is what he wanted his performances to be. Well done––as always––Mr. West (again...that's an understatement).
