NEWS: VICUS (SOUTH AFRICAS NEXT JUSTIN BIEBER) FINALLY REACHES CONTRACT AGREEMENT?

 Its been several months since we last talked about South Africa's next Justin Bieber/Michael Jackson, singing sensation, seventeen year old Vicus Visser. While several top record labels such as Sony BMG, Universal, and Atlantic records sent out A&R's looking for young Vicus, many could not get in contact with him nor his family while in South Africa. RTF sources inform us that Vicus has reached a deal with One on One Productions; with top American producer, Gareth Cliff and Rina Broomsberg being in charge of guiding the young talents' interest and musical direction.

Vicus is set to record three songs in the up-coming weeks in Johannesburg, and is already attracting high-profiled producers such as Steve Morales, who have recorded with big names stars such as Celine Dion, Enrique Inglesias, and Christina Aguilera.
