AUDIO: T.I. FT. ROCKO - I CAN'T HELP IT x T.I.'s CHARGES GET DROPPED

Some new music from T.I. can kinda sorta rejoice due to the fact that his charges have been dropped from his recent arrest.  Due to the fact that the police said they smelled marijuana but didn't bring any into for evidence, and the fact that they pulled Tiny (Tip's wife) out of the car before checking the registration.  
Although that may sound good, Tip will still be serving his 11 months in the pen because the arrest still violated his probation.  Sort of a win-lose situation.
This track 'I Can't Help It' is something off of his upcoming album that he changed the name of.  It will be called No Mercy as he revealed the new title on the Ricky Smiley radio show earlier this morning.  Hit the jump to see the entire interview in which he talks about new videos, the album name change, his favorite rappers in the game and more.
