As the release date for Mel Wellman's second mixtape is approaching, here is the cover art and tracklisting for Noise In The Library II.  Mel released music from the mixtape all this month month and a majority of the songs on NITL II were self-produced by himself. We will be presenting Noise In The Library II with Jenesis Mag on March 27!

Mel Wellman lets loose the third leak from his forthcoming mixtape with the production coming from himself yet again.  The folks over at DailyChiefers.com premiered the track as we await the Noise In The Library II  mixtape, dropping on March 27th.
