While I'm not too fond of music directed to us via Twitter, I'm highly fond of British Columbia's hidden gem, Amanda Silvera.  As we await her forthcoming 2012 EP, she sends through a teaser video to her latest set of visual to "Never Do It Again".  For those who want to hear the full version of the Anth Latue produced track, grab it here.

Remember this young lady?  Well I told that wouldn't be the last time you'd hear of her from our site.  "On My Mind" is another smooth track that Amanda did, which I believe is another cut from her forthcoming project in January 2012.

Don't ask me how I came across this chick, but I fell in love about a month ago.  My newest R&B crush comes via Amanda Silvera, a talented vocalist out of Vancouver, BC.  With a mixture of soul, R&B and hip hop integrated with her music, it's kind of hard to compare her style to a specific singer.  I would probably say that she has some Alicia Keys, mixed with a little bit of Marsha Ambrosius with a hint of Mariah Carey.  But possibly a tad bit better.
Here goes a little taste of what she's about; something I grabbed off of her Twitter account. Be on the lookout for her name because I'm sure you'll be hearing it real soon.  From what I understand, she is expected to drop something at the beginning of 2012, so keep your ears open...
